MILITARY & OVERSEAS U.S. CITIZENS
Members of the Military, including their spouses and dependents, and U.S. citizens temporarily residing outside of the U.S. or whose intent to return is uncertain may submit a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) to receive a Vote by Mail ballot. Visit this link for more information:

PERMANENTLY DISABLED
Voters who have a permanent disability are eligible to enroll in the Permanently Disabled Vote by Mail Program and automatically receive a ballot for the next 5 years. HOSPITALIZED VOTERS
Voters who have been admitted to the Hospital, Nursing Home or Rehabilitation Center not more than 14 days before an Election can make an application for the personal delivery of an official ballot. The application for this is available at:
